Most of the data collected is used for accounting purposes, as such it is a HMRC requirement to hold records for 7 years.

Any IT service data that is collected can be removed securely at your request subject to any contractual obligations.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Should we find any evidence of a data breach we will notify you with 72 hours.
