Overseeing the operation is Distribution Manager Sean Hodgson, who has spent almost a decade developing his career at Handy. Having joined the business as a picker and packer, Sean progressed through the Goods In department before becoming Warehouse Supervisor and, today, leads the warehouse operation, overseeing logistics, health and safety, and a team of four.
"Every button has to be consistent," says Sean. "Whether we're producing hundreds or thousands, our customers expect the same quality every time because those buttons become part of the finished product they're proud to put their name on."
